What details are required for a shipping quote?
We need the product description, quantity, approximate packed weight and dimensions, value, collection location in Turkey and full destination country and postcode. Photos are helpful.
Can you collect from more than one supplier?
Yes, when practical and agreed in the quotation. Goods can be collected from multiple Turkish suppliers and consolidated before international dispatch.
Are customs duties included?
Unless specifically confirmed otherwise, import duties, taxes, customs brokerage and destination charges are not included and remain the receiver's responsibility.
Can every product be shipped?
No. Dangerous, prohibited, restricted, counterfeit or inadequately documented goods cannot be accepted. Carrier and country rules can also exclude certain batteries, liquids, foods, cosmetics and other regulated products.
Is the delivery time guaranteed?
No. A carrier's estimated transit time can change because of customs, weather, capacity or operational events. Any available estimate will be shared before booking.
